• This is a graded product. The item is sold based on the grade assigned by the respective grading company.
  Therefore, we cannot accept returns or complaints regarding scratches, dust, or other imperfections that may be visible inside or outside the case. Please purchase only if you understand and accept this condition.
• Even if multiple units are in stock, we do not accept requests for specific serial numbers or certification codes.

Please note that many of the products we handle are subject to market-based pricing fluctuations.
For this reason, we do not accept order cancellations based on price changes after an order has been confirmed.
Likewise, we cannot adjust the purchase price of an item if the market price changes after your order has been placed.
If this policy is not respected, we regret to inform you that we may refuse any future transactions with the customer.
We kindly ask that you confirm and accept this policy before placing an order.

• If the product condition significantly deviates from our stated grading standards, or if you receive a different item than what was ordered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 14 days of receiving the product.

• After inspecting the returned product, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that we do not ship replacement items before receiving the returned product.
• Be sure to contact us via the inquiry form before returning any items. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted. Please understand that we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preferences after the order is confirmed.
• When returning a product, please use the shipping method designated by our store. Returns sent without prior notice or via an unapproved shipping method will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• If a product is returned due to the customer’s convenience (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to pay import tax), we will store the item for 7 days after contacting the customer. If the customer fails to retrieve the item within this period (including in-store pickup), we reserve the right to dispose of the product. Orders disposed of after the storage period will not be refunded or canceled. This policy is in place to prevent fraudulent or malicious orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Neo Tokyo Cards is not responsible for any import-related charges.

If the customer refuses to pay these fees and the package is returned or destroyed, we cannot provide a refund.
