Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Neo Tokyo Cards' online store. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

 

Article 1 – Products

We sell graded, collectible Pokémon cards (e.g., PSA/BGS). Conditions may vary. Grading is conducted by third-party authentication services.

 

Article 2 – Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

 

Article 3 – Shipping

Products are shipped from Japan. Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days. Customs delays may occur.

 

Article 4 – VAT and Duties

As we are not IOSS-registered, VAT and import duties must be paid by the buyer upon delivery, per local regulations.

 

Article 5 – Returns

EU customers may return products within 14 days of receipt (unopened, unused). Returns are sent to our German office (LOGOT). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Article 6 – Disclaimers

We are not responsible for changes in card condition after grading. We are not liable for shipping delays or customs issues.

 

Article 7 – Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Legal disputes will be handled by the Tokyo District Court.
