Neo Tokyo Cards ships high-quality graded Pokémon cards from Japan to customers across the European Union.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time: 10 to 14 business days

• All orders are shipped directly from Tokyo, Japan

• Tracking information will be sent via email upon dispatch

Shipping Fees

• Flat rate shipping fee: €18 per order

• Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or for high-value orders

Customs and Import Duties

Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Neo Tokyo Cards is not responsible for any import-related charges.
If the customer refuses to pay these fees and the package is returned or destroyed, we cannot provide a refund.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Packaging

All items are securely packed to prevent damage, particularly PSA/BGS graded cards which are shipped with extra protection.
