  • If the product condition significantly deviates from our stated grading standards, or if you receive a different item than what was ordered, please contact us via the inquiry form within 14 days of receiving the product.
     (Please refer to our grading standards before making an inquiry.)

 

  • After inspecting the returned product, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. Please note that we do not ship replacement items before receiving the returned product.

 

  • Be sure to contact us via the inquiry form before returning any items. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted. Please understand that we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preferences after the order is confirmed.

 

  • When returning a product, please use the shipping method designated by our store. Returns sent without prior notice or via an unapproved shipping method will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

  • If a product is returned due to the customer’s convenience (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to pay import tax), we will store the item for 7 days after contacting the customer. If the customer fails to retrieve the item within this period (including in-store pickup), we reserve the right to dispose of the product. Orders disposed of after the storage period will not be refunded or canceled. This policy is in place to prevent fraudulent or malicious orders.
